My son lives in SF and I asked him that question. One of the few times I stumped him and his liberal views.
My son in SF got fined for poop outside his door that he thinks was left by a human. He didn’t have a dog at the time. He got fined just the same.
He also got a citation telling him to leave his garbage can behind his fence. His wife found a homeless person digging through it once while he was out of town on business, and it scared her to pieces. So they moved it to be in front of the fence, That’s when they got the citation. They tried to complain to city hall about why they had done such a thing, but city hall didn’t care. They had to pay that fine also.
Yes, they still vote Democrat. I love them, but they can be dumbos about this type of thing.
