Not that i like alex jones, but there is a anothr 50 post thread on this with no followup. People like throwing out the arrest story but dont want to hear the rest of the story. He blew under a 0.08 which is the legal limit in texas (which is already low) and was apparently stopped for just slightly speeding over the limit.
Also Alex Jones was pulled over during a dragnet where the police will pull you over for anything. It is just one step below a DUI checkpoint and I consider this type of enforcement abusive of Americans rights.
“He blew under a 0.08 which is the legal limit in texas (which is already low) and was apparently stopped for just slightly speeding over the limit.”
Which leads to the question: Do they stop everyone in Austin for going 5 over the speed limit, or only certain license plates that ping their computers, when read by the license plate cameras on the patrol cars? To put it another way, how many times do you hear of people being stopped for 5 over (and nothing else), particularly at moderate speed limits?
