Thanks for the link. The chart near the bottom has the age ranges. The curve is like flu. There's no W curve like Spanish flu. The preexisting health of the victims is not given in that chart and I doubt there will be much data on that.

A more lethal but more stealthy spread is not likely. The most likely is a more stealthy spread of a less symptomatic version, which may or may not turn more lethal with further mutation.
