The last numbers I saw from Italy was 1%. I wouldn’t trust any number I get from Iran or China. My guess is that fatality # will slip down as people figure out what to do. H1N1 was initially high IIRC.

1004 people have been healed. 631 have died, however this number can be confirmed only after the Istituto Superiore di Sanità has established the actual cause of the death.
