I watched the briefing. In my opinion, the press did what it could to behave in an unprofessional manner, implying/hinting that they feared for their lives (e.g., asking anxiously if Trump had been tested in an almost frantic manner).

They asked why the World Health Organization's tests were not used and instead other tests used in their place. I haven't seen a direct answer to this but I suspect it is because George Soros is behind the World Health Organization and would like the Coronavirus to do as much damage to the US economy as possible. Jut my opinion. Here's the thread I posted about the organization a day or two ago.

Why The World Health Organization Treats Bill Gates Like A President

SNIP

"The WHO is responsible for the World Health Report, the worldwide World Health Survey, and World Health Day. The current Director-General of the WHO is Tedros Adhanom, who started his five-year term on 1 July 2017 but as we have noticed there are many negative articles about him as well. And not only Tedros in spooky deals but also two of his friends Bill Gates and George Soros."

Bookmarking for later. Got as far as hourly workers not getting punished for something that isn’t their fault. Working with companies. Is this a massive federal bailout? Over a virus where the vast majority recover.
Surrender your wallets, corporations need them more than you.
To read in context later.

This was a good briefing.

Sounds like fiscal policy actions are forthcoming.
Test kits are out and more on the way.
Spread prevention suggestions at coronavirus.gov.
Nursing home infectious control standards raised.
Cruise ship infectious control standards being raised.

The reporting in Reuters on this that I have seen mischaracterizes POTUS’s response on this. They are reporting on the tax break, not the hourly worker stuff, and they use scare quotes.
