That photograph could also be the fallacy of trusting that red China acts rationally, and has no other motives. That photo clearly has a propaganda purpose that cannot be discounted.
That photo needs more explanation. There is more to that scene than just leaf blowers pushing something around. Those folks may be following a ‘bleach spray’ truck ... any more info on the photo, Travis?
