I don’t see her as a VP Candidate. She doesn’t bring any Electoral Votes to the table. Hawaii is already a Dem. lock. I think Klobachar would be a more viable candidate to lock in Minnesota.
A black from the south makes more sense. GA, Carolinas, Florida. All battleground states. So that would be Stacy Abrams, Andrew Gillum, etc.
Those States are a lock for the GOP. I still say Amy from Minn will be the safe VP pick for Biden.
