Good. But the problem is - how much has been transferred throu the due diligence process that shouldn’t have been? Not IP like source code but information that is very useful to the prospective buyer even if the transaction doesn’t go forward such as customer data and internal costs. I’ve reviewed patents and IP as part of acquisition DD and know that if a buyer asks for something, 9 times out of 10 it will be provided as long as the parties are not hostile and want the deal to go through.

Shiji Group acquired StayNTouch in September of 2018.

This divestiture order is rather late. Shiji Group has had over six months to transfer all the source code and customer data. The order is written as if it's stopping a pending acquisition. That doesn't jibe with the information on the Shiji Group web site re the acquisition.
