There is a picture of a courtesan and a banner with 'Plus Ultra' I believe in Manley P. Hall's book 'Secret Teachings of All Ages'. But an easy source of info is Wikipedia which includes the fact that the phrase appears on a wall at Mar-a-Lago resort.
