I thought that the House members left DC. It would be just like the Dems to put something in the bill which is the opposite of what was agreed upon. I wonder how many Congress critters have bothered to read the bill even though it did not become available until after the vote. Just think how much better the country would be if a Congressman who had not read a bill would be permitted to vote on it.

I read somewhere from a House Repub that they had 15 minutes to read it before the vote, so he voted no.
I found a different news source that explained it will have to be re-voted. Guess they will have to get back to D.C.
course, since the House can make its own rules, I wouldn’t put it past Pelosi to suspend the rules and allow a phone vote.
