Michael Bloomberg has decided to form a new group to take on President Donald Trump, an aide to the former New York mayor tells CNN.
**SNIP**
The independent expenditure, the aide said, will deploy hundreds of staffers from his presidential campaign to six key swing states: Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
The name, scope and budget for the organization has yet to be determined, the aide added. Like all independent expenditures, the yet-to-be-named entity will not be allowed to coordinate with any campaigns.
Bloomberg will also continue to fund Hawkfish, the digital operation that propelled his months-long presidential campaign, the aide said. The group will operate as a separate entity, as it did through the campaign, but Bloomberg independent expenditure is positioned to be the group's primary client.

Bloomturds money was all over Virginia’s off year election.
Soros is upset!
Bothe Bloomberg and Romney are livid because Trump did what they both failed to do. Become President
It was, but Va was turning drastically blue over the past 15 years. Outcome of that election was already inevitable. We had a one vote majority in a state that was already blue statewide. He put money in and took credit.
Call me old fashioned but I think a lot of these men like Bloomberg, Chuck and Romney are so extremely jealous of Trump because he is surrounded by beautiful women and they are not.
VA is still majority Republican if you count registered voters, it’s the NoVa RINOS that refuse to vote MAGA and out side money that is the problem.
I too have suspected jealousy - Trump does what they can’t even if they have more money. Could you see Trump as mayor of NY? Too small for him I think. DJT went for the big prize and nabbed it - and it was a lot harder than they thought.
Bloomberg, Steyer and Jeb! spent a combined $1.5 billion across two cycles to go NOWHERE.
It’s astounding to contemplate.
How can mini Mike spend big money on political favoritism or in this case disfavoritism when my contributions to Trump cant be corporately derived?
