Nobody goes to the Olive Garden in our town because it is too crowded all of the time.

But seriously? Either that or the manager just arrived to this century from 1842, which I consider possible but unlikely.

Another (remote) possibility is that the manager recently arrived from the Muslim part of the world where slavery is still in vogue.
