If I were advising a Latin American or South American country I would advise them to ban flights from the US.

Most have no cases now—and they should not allow travel that will create them!

I am shocked we are set up testing and tough
examinations of people flying back here from overseas
such as Italy.
People are shocked. you roll back into the US
vs Europe or Japan or Any Western nation .
We dropped the ball .
Everyone needs to be examined going out and in .
