I think if it is the start of a trend it could be concerning. They could have tested more people that led to more COVID-19 + results, etc.

I will look later for their testing numbers, they have been high from the get go as they did not have the problems we did. They do an antibody testing too which enabled them to connect clusters.good news, still no deaths:
