Cancelling large events will lead to job loss.

Thanks for the recap.

Good, grief!!! Could this Austin/Travis Cty TX presser have been more dumbfounding??? Every other sentence contradicts the previous.

It's OBVIOUSLY all about the Benjamins....$$$$. Plebs be darned...and, infected.

This presser sounds like it was as much of a clusterflock as the San Antonio presser of a few weeks ago. The libs can't get their messaging, or their act together, and to heck with the peons...come spend your $$$ in Austin and SA.

does anyone ever stop to ask these people what the economic loss will be if they don’t shut down events and large gatherings? What will happen to the economy when whole major cities grind to a halt. Wuhan? Daegu? Lombardy?

These people have zero foresight. None.

what jobs will they lose? the peanut tosser at the ball game? the greeter at the convention center?

One million dollars easy for each patient requiring US hospitalization, versus half a million total in wages lost by parking valets? And what is the financial loss equivalent to the loss of the brain power and productivity of the victims? Doctors, businessmen, enterpreneurs, grandmothers, etc.

I’m not that good at math, but geese Louize, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see which is the harsher financial loss.

Put the event(s) on PPV and give the peanut tossers a cut equal to their normal earnings. Problem of job loss solved.
