Bottled water is the CDC’s generic response to “safe water”, but there is nothing about this disease that suggests any threat to the water supply.
I guess worse case the utility workers could get sick, refuse to go to work, get quarantined on the wrong side of town...but that is not all that likely a scenario.
We always have bottled water here in case we lose power for a winter storm...
I take three pills a day as my level keeps falling without it. I added a fourth because of this virus.
They were expecting half a million attending before the virus. Never mind one test is pending from there.
It’s the next county from us.
Travis Co. case is the next county to us.
Hmm, conspiracy... headed to the tin foil.
Hey, sock, if your next door county is next!!!!!!
Knock on wood.
Thanks guys. I ordered some 50mcg tablets of D3 from Amazon just now.
As an old codger with a life-long history of smoking, I need all the help I can get! I started taking Mucinex everyday also.
Here in the epicenter all those who passed had pre-existing conditions: cancer, type II diabetes, COPD.
Does the patient there in New York have any other health issues? It would be helpful to know how much at risk healthy people in the nation are from this virus.
Exactly.
Maybe that’s one of the things CDC should also suggest for all of us...ESP.
I’m going right now to wash my hands for 20 seconds. But only because there’s sticky fur ball medicine on them. For the cats, not me.
Someone mentioned that he was a mini-marathon runner...so, presumably no ‘underlying health issues’.
To be honest I don’t know—here is one old article on the case:
https://patch.com/new-york/newrochelle/1st-case-coronavirus-confirmed-westchester-county
He has infected a lot of folks for sure:
https://wcbs880.radio.com/articles/news/more-coronavirus-cases-linked-to-new-rochelle-man
That does not include (unknown) people infected by his commuting visits to Grand Central Station, one of the busiest travel hubs in the entire country.
I turned off the FB Cty presser....as big of a joke as the SA one was.
You can tell they have their talking points down.
NO details about where he traveled abroad, where he’s been, since, etc.
Long term smoker here too. 56 yrs old. No health issues, on no meds for anything. I take a lot of supplements, walk 2 miles daily and get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. Work from home. Prepped. Hoping like hell for the best but nervous for my adult kids.
The dummy FBC doc said to wash your hands for 20 minutes.
Yeah, okay.
I heard Erick Erickson (I know) say on the radio today that no one under 21 has died from this virus. In the entire world!
Can that be true?
How much D is in one of yours?
The reporters go way out of their way to fail to mention where his train went in New York City.
It went to Grand Central Station:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Central_Terminal
A train arrives and leaves there once a minute!
LOL
The data from China and Iran are highly debatable, but if it is not zero, it is a very low number relative to the older age groups.
Ive washed my hands so much in the last week that they are chapped.
I heard the doctor on Fox say use lotion, because the skin cracks in the hands allows more virus to get in.
I wouldnt be surprised if he is a cigar smoker, like Rush.
