the article says he was a ‘contract’ worker, ‘highly experienced’ so I’m guessing maybe a retired doctor? I hope not, but who else would be ‘highly experienced’ ?

I don’t see any way to educate folks fast enough for it to make much of a difference...this virus is making a monkey out of us humans.

Americans now able to get tested for coronavirus ‘without restrictions’: VP Pence
...as long as they get the green light from a doctor, Vice President Mike Pence announced Tuesday.
The new policy from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will go into effect immediately
Dallas, TX area have testing lab up and running at Dallas County Health and Human Services. Turn around from less than a day to 7 days.
Ft. Worth, TX area will have test kits next week.
