If you have the patience to listen to CDC briefings they contradict themselves a lot...

Usually it is in the form of:

Take action x because of disease feature y.

However, we are still investigating whether disease feature y is valid.

If they were true, then you should not be overly concerned, however, as well documented on many threads, both those claims are false.

Yeah, it’s bizarre. A local news anchor in Seattle contacted the state health hotline, and told them that she had symptoms after reporting at the nursing home. The same nursing home that the deaths are from.

They told her that her primary care provider was not testing based on her criteria, and abruptly hung up on her.

Go figure.

When - or if - real testing begins in Puget Sound, it’s off to the races!
