I think you’re probably right. But having watched how the workplace has evolved since the 1980’s I just keep my head down now. I don’t comment on female co-workers’ appearance or even engage in conversation outside of what is required to get the job done. It’s easier for me to take this position because I’m of an age where “I’m not looking”. I feel bad for the men & women who are. Every day must be like walking thru a minefield for the men. The women? Well, we know that they are generally unhappy with the men around them if one believes what is written today.
