NEW YORK - 2nd case
A man who lives in Westchester County, New York, and works in Manhattan tested positive for coronavirus...
The patient, who has an underlying respiratory illness, is hospitalized...
[snip]
Initial review of the man’s travel does not suggest any direct connection to China or countries on the watch list, however he did go to Miami, Cuomo said. It would be what we call a community spread case, he said.

Did he commute on the ( small, tight, enclosed) train?
Always with the "underlying illness". Did he have this unknown respiratory illness before catching the virus or after? Sick and tired of the required memes in every report. "Underlying illness", "cleaning out of abidance of caution" and "wash your hands" and the latest "weak positive test".
Somone needs to notify WHO about this latest NY guy...who works in Manhattan...and contracted virus via, per Cuomo, ‘community spread’.
