I don’t think it is a weapon. modifications such as those it has are discussed as some of the work done at UNC. it isn’t a stretch to assume the lab in wuhan continued the work, with one of the participating doctors based there.
in other words, it is an experiment that should not have been allowed to be developed, but not a weapon per se, for obvious reasons.
there was some outcry about UNC being allowed to do this work at all. there was public concern about the chinese building that bl4 lab.

Not a completed bioweapon. Most think a virus being made into a vaccine was accidentally released through lab test animals. It’s something unknown. Unpredictable. Hence the Chinese are welding some infected people into their buildings. But usually just sealing their doors with tape. And of course we have dozens of Iranians collapsed videos now. A flu dont do that.
