That was exactly my thought too.
I still don’t understand why 25 of them were deployed there, and evidently with either the wrong PPE or none at all.

They took about 5 to hospital. Five different ambulances.
Add in a few bosses, a little overtime and the next thing you know you have 25.
The nursing home - It has been common sense for decades to at least put on a pair of gloves. Some didn’t even do that. That has zero to do with them saying they couldn’t wear PPE because CDC hasn’t declared it a pandemic. Senseless.
