I feel like that is because China is starting to open up their factories again, and that was the fear.
Or maybe it is because Bloomberg did that national speech and calmed everybody down. :)
China is starting to run its factories in that the electricity is on but may have few or no workers present. The Chinese use electrical consumption as an indicator of productivity.
