Sounds like Orange County is ready. I am not sure if they can handle the homeless population.

3.4 percent is high, I expect it to come down as they do more testing. They have to account for the young folks who never get sick. But that it is high for just people record being infected.

The average flu each year has people who were never tested. I had the flu this year and was not official tested.
