Illegals don't have to steal shit to get a ginormous refund check! The IRS gives them a tax ID no questions asked and the illegals are free to claim as many dependents as possible and any other bullshit they can think of and the IRS literally throws free money at them..........well free to them but costs actual American taxpayers an arm and a leg.
Oh and that tax preparer? I doubt he was just a poor innocent schlub, I have no doubt he 'inspired' his customers to make their claims for a percentage of the proceeds.
