Alpha sure does a good job of surviving with no medical care. Daryl surviving his injuries is also pretty implausible but at least he has access to medical care.

Alpha has to have Gamma back--alive--so she can execute her in front of her group? Do I have that right?She wants to make an example of what happens to traitors. Even before this episode I thought it would come to no good if she gave Gamma a chance to let the group know that Alpha lied about Lydia.

They cannot kill Daryl. Based on the current show runners that would replace him with a blind dwarf transvestite.
It is so PC now that it’s tiring.
