All of China’s R&D budget goes to hackers and spies.
And they save billions.
China learned from the Clintons that the US is for sale. So, they bought politicians (Feinstein, McConnell) they bought scientists and others who work with the US DOD which gave China a direct line into US Gov’t projects.
Those bribed have no nationalism because that is the same as being a KKK member (according to Democrats). National pride or protection of one’s nation is secondary to making a few hundred thousand dollars.
This is far larger than anyone understands....and China does not only use bribery here. They do it globally.
