They lie coming back into the country. Just like they smuggle in their diseased birds, lizards and the like. China is a filthy place with no sense of sanitation.
I used to live in Santa Clara County. I don’t see how Santa Clara County will avoid exposure to the virus, given the number of asians in the county.
