An update on the COVID-19 situation in Thailand with breaking news about Thailand’s latest 3 cases, which come from an elderly man who hid his recent travel history to endemic Hokkaido, in turn exposing possibly hundreds to the virus. We also examine the level of local transmission in Thailand and elsewhere, as well as travel restrictions.

here’s another traveler’s story RE: Feb 2nd port of entry. The central theme to these stories, is, the traveler is disappointed that there isn’t more emphasis on importance of quarantine and casualness of travelers towards airport infection once back in the USA. Let’s hope it’s changed since then? (bear in mind that Feb 2 was the first day of flight restrictions)
