This is an incredibly irresponsible statement by LA County. Transmission of the virus by someone without symptoms has NOT been ruled out, and there is indeed evidence to suggest it can happen.

BREAKING: LA County Public Health says a South Korean flight attendant who flew into LAX and later tested positive for #coronavirus did NOT pose any risk to the public while she was in LA County because she had no symptoms at time, and only developed them after leaving LA @FOXLA

There was a nice bit out of a Brit newspaper a few weeks back about passengers going into quarantine being ferried using Four Horsemen Coaches.
I went to my account to try to find the story. Gave up, Too much happening on which I’ve been commenting of late.
