I don’t normally use a proxy but I am here now using one.
I have Comcast and I cant believe they are the problem
my cell phone also times out on FR - using 5g and other.
(though it does give a cached view of FR - from 02/24/2020)

turn off wi-fi on your phone and see if it can connect.

turn off proxy
disconnect your cat5 cable and see if you can connect wirelessly- if yes, then your router is the culprit

strangely, when I had the double posting disease, it was my mouse that caused the problem - it was broadcasting and interfering at about 10 hops. I got a new mouse and problem was gone.
