Same here, for the last 10 days or more. Only FR...no problem with any other websites. Tried some of the many things you mentioned, with no luck (the ones I understand how to do).
My AT&T phone will connect to FR, but not my Cox ISP.

I am going to have to go to my ISP - Comcast.
I’ve done everything I can think and what others have suggested with no luck.
I’ll keep you posted.
