Canada has refused to pay for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Vancouver security once they step back from their roles as full time royals.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RMCP) has protected the couple and their baby Archie since November but has now said this will cease in the 'coming weeks', leaving questions as to who will now pick up their security costs.
Canada has now refused to pay their share of the £1 million annual security bill, the cost of which was supposed to have been split 50/50 between the UK and Canada when the couple announced they were moving.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had previously vowed to keep the couple safe while they were in Canada, but now seems to have backtracked on this promise.

I sort of like keeping up with them. I like the old guy Prince Phillip and the Queen is OK. The Prince who married and has three kids seems OK too.
The rest are generally pretty worthless. Harry and Meghan are awful.
Harry doesn’t know what he’s gotten himself into. If he’s not careful, he’s going to end up on a leash with a shock collar. However, he’s not the first guy to be neutered by the scent of a woman.

I believe these two parasites moved to Canada just bc they knew the canucks would be stupid enough to split the security bill (otherwise they would’ve been in the US)
I expect some celebrity (fat Oprah) will let them move in and provide in-house security - let their grifting begin!

Then they will use this as excuse to move to USA. Grandma will have to pay and Canadians will be rid of them.

Canada is a constitutional monarchy and Harry's grandmother is Head of State.
They sure as s#!$ won’t be getting any US tax dollars when the set up shop in LA, which is why they really moved to “North America”. They’re set to make a billion so they can well afford to pay their own way.
Who cares? I don’t wish them any harm, but I don’t give a crap if they are protected or not.
Why should the Canadians pay for the security of these two wealthy socialites ?

The trouble is they come here and some event happens it will all over the news 7/24 (Who wans to see that!) and our fault!
Aren’t they going to make huge money selling bling with their brand? Let them pay for their own protection.

I believe I read, just a few days ago, the Markles were house-hunting in the LA area recently. Yep. And a few weeks ago I read that Me-again was interested in running for some sort of office when they move to the USA. Not joking. The fact that Hillary visited Frogmore in October makes it seems like this was planned out quite a while ago.
