The CDC announced it not Cal.. and Trump already knew about it because he said there are now 15..this is the 15th case

also it was actually announced earlier in the morning at a Congressional hearing

Trump also said one person is in bad shape...I think it’s this person he was referring too ( hooked up to a breathing machine)

Only the “first known case with no travel history or contacts” part was released to the public during the presser

It hardly seemed fortuitou timing that the POSt announced this during Trump's Coronavirus presser conference. Also interesting it's in Cali...and in small print may have been exposed to a known infected person.

Plus those 83 routine quarantines in Nassau County NY of people who have returned from China.

News reports are making it seem like it just happened, and it didn't just happen. These routine quarantines have going on since about January 29.

And news headlines screamed about these people being exposed, but they didn't say in the headline that the exposure was in China, several weeks ago, not locally in Nassau County.
