I have one of those too. There's never a bad time to have a fixit guy, but when things get bumpy, it's ever so much more so. Since the new year, he's been attending to a variety of projects ranging from HVAC to back up power and plumbing systems. Over the years, he has saved us untold money on repairs that he has done on his own or that he has supervised like a hawk.
