You guys (the ardent, “it can’t happen here”) people amuse me. I has already happened. It continues to happen. Pandemics , while rare, happen multiple times in our lifetimes.
Before you start suggesting this is nothing, you must preface it by saying you don’t give a fu$k about the rest of the world. Because it’s there. And it’s not contained. And a lot of people are not only dying, they are not going to work.
And, it’s here. Trump just inoculated himself against blame. Not with a vaccine, but with half truths and happy talk.
