What if I self-identify as a Coronavirus-American and want to go to the movies or the supermarket or Target even if I have a sniffle or cough or feel a little warm and run down?
Is it fair to be told that I have to "self-quarantine" if I don't want to?

I didn’t say that. I said it has killed 9% of those in whom it has run its course. That is to say, those who have either recovered or died.
