I started making jerky for family and friends a few years ago.
I need to spend about $300 to be able to close down for a month. And most of that gas for the generator and propane for cooking.
If you get yourself ready for any natural disaster, its just a hop skip and a jump to holding up in my house for a month.

Just hoping nothing happens to shut down gas, if power goes out.
