As angry as I am with “Quid Pro Quo Joe”, this gaffe really shows that he needs to be tested for mental acuity. These symptoms are the last straw and render him unfit for office.

He can’t remember what State he’s campaigning in; he can’t remember what position he’s running for; he can’t remember that you can’t work on a climate accord with a guy 20 years dead....and he says he won’t run again if his physical or mental faculties deteriorate......yet he’s still running...
