A minor thing, but I’m noticing most stevia is sourced from China, which makes me want to give it up anyway. But does anyone know of either a non-China source. I’ve tried growing my own but I haven’t quite figured it out, it’s not very sweet.

use honey instead.

also, you’ll gradually get used to less and less sugary flavor.

I use Swerve sweetener (erythritol), for what few desserts I have.

It’s pricey, but sourced in USA and France.
