Here is my other issue. We do fairs for a living and in three weeks leave for the Southwest for our Spring run. Don’t do a fair...don’t eat. No money. No one goes to a fair...we still don’t eat.
Very bad news. We do not have enough savings to last a year. Waiting for our tax returns to have enough for some vehicle repairs and fuel to Yuma. That is how close it gets this time of year and I amnot the only one. Indio just finished. No one makes much money, but everyone makes a little bit of money. Meat back on the menu.
I just don’t want to be on the road when things start shutting down. We have been on the road for more than 25 years and this is the most interesting one to say the least.
Didn’t give SARS any thought, nor H1N1 a few years back....
We do have in our favor that many of our goods are not Chinese sourced. We make our own tie dye...incense and oils come from India...Nepal for handbags and backpacks and Mexico for Baja hoodies. We do get some incense burners from China, but make a bunch of our own...Buttons, I make my own, the button bits come from China no doubt...But I have enough for now...Big Tapestries come from India. I make the others. SOme of our Rock and ROll tapestries come from Italy though.
I just pray this sort of bypasses the US somehow...I know there will be outbreaks here and there...but I hope the Summer keeps things at bay until we can get back home in the fall and wait out the second wave...Jeez...

So sorry to hear this.
