This is obviously not from 1797 because the first movie camera did not come out until the 1880’s. It seems that the time period more fits the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Based on the women's clothing and jewelry styles, it appears to be the Edwardian era, 1901-1910. As an example, here is a picture of UK Queen Elizabeth II's grandmother, Queen Mary of Teck, photographed in 1900:
