I believe at one time they could. However the housing was for some type of mental or addictive therapy. Then along came the lib idea of mainstreaming: As long as they take their meds they will be okay on the outside. The big catch is that they don’t and there is no provision for rehousing them as many of their so called housing units were in nice suburban/rural locations and have now been reconfigured as luxury condos.
How idiotic. Will doctors have to get real estate licenses? What incredible lunacy...supported by the brain dead LIB-loser californians.
Would that make over the counter housing illegal?
