The Red Chinese founder of a company I interviewed with told me, (approximately) “The Germans are insane. They will buy anything you label as green.” I’d say that about sums it up. The whole Green movement is just another shade of crazy.

That, FRiend, is an excellent comment. But those people won’t even allow any debate on the issue. You either believe in Global Warming 100%, or you will be shouted down.
I find it astonishing how proud every German I’ve ever met is about how “efficient” they are with everything. It’s to the point of pathological. Yet think nothing of becoming dependent on Putin for natural gas.
It’s a great example of how powerful the government + media can shape the general opinions of an entire population...and their ‘green solutions’ don’t even result in the claimed benefits, they have no idea either.
