Neither. I think we need to allow our bodies to recycle cellular components via autophagy.

Autophagy does not begin until 12 hours after the last meal. The longer the fasted interval, the greater the acceleration of cell recycling. With restricted feeding in a 6 hour window, we enhance this natural process.

There never was scientific evidence supporting three meals a day plus snacking.

Reducing carbohydrate consumption forces the body to begin fat adaption. Removing fructose in particular from the diet also has profound impacts on different hepatic protein expressions.

I’m wondering if the ketosis/flu thing has something to do with PPAR or MTOR pathways.

Or maybe something else. I wonder if the autophagy goings on help tag the virus as defective kind of like it (autophagy) seems to help with alzheimers and other possibly prionic diseases.

I’ve got a project for this week I guess.

Well after a back injury last year I need to put weight on! I dropped from usual weight of 115 to 102 and at 5’2 foot I feel like skin and bones! So what’s the best way to put weight on!
