I don’t think it’s a conspiracy. I think it’s laziness and bureaucracy.
I don’t remember it being nearly this bad during H1N1. It seems like they were on the ball, testing early and had triage tents at hospitals everywhere. And it was not nearly as deadly as this one. Why the difference?
