I saw that. There are some pretty gut wrenching videos of Wuhan that are getting pulled as fast as they are posted. Some are coming out of what has happened to some of the families barricaded in. I don’t recommend searching for that. I won’t be able to sleep for a while.
I imagine things are pretty bad in Wuhan, still - but remember, unlike the USSR after Chernobyl, there are two rival governments which under the right circumstances could contend for power in Beijing - the governments in Taipei and in Hong Kong.
Some of what you see and hear on Twitter, etc may be the opening propaganda salvos in a new War of the Three Kingdoms.
