2 an expensive high tech wonder test that works all the time but no one else has - US: think LCS, CVN Ford, F-35

Meanwhile, without ANY tests we can’t do ANY sort of cluster/contact tracing of known cases.

Which means by the time we DO get testing underway there might be tens of THOUSANDS of cases. At which point contact tracing becomes moot.

And everyone demands a vaccine.
