I can. Here in my Central TX County FedGov was housing hundreds of DACA kids at the pricey summer camps in the off season. It was only when some of them ran off that the Sheriff, and local Gov was notified.
The Summer Camp owners were getting big bucks, and apparently agreed to secrecy.
I remember that. I still can’t imagine Gov Abbott, or was it Perry, back then ?? NOT knowing, in advance, that the “Baptist” and Cathoic Charities groups were organizing/preparing for this.
