One starts with a PLA member in from of a building repeating to aa crowd which heard it is a hospital, saying repeatedly, “This is not a hospital. This is a quarantine center.”
That one or another is by some woman (RIP) who got in thinking she would get medicine and documents what is going on. The building has only one entrance which is chained shut, no one is allowed to leave the building, there is a toilet 200 meters down the road - there are none in the building, but no one is allowed to leave for any reason.

No doubt that you have the possibility of cross infection at the QC. The other choice is contaminating family, from a link up thread:
